Clayton Williams, and his stupid and offensive remark when running against Ann Richards for governor in 1990, when he said this about rape:
"If it's inevitable, just relax and enjoy it."
Well, Claytie has done it again, and deliberately. While breaking ground for a new oilfield pipeline,
he said, at the end of his invocation:
“In conclusion, the prayer is over,” he said. “God bless the United States of America and piss on Obama.”
