Oops.The Army Corps of Engineers claims “no oops.” I’m surprised it isn’t claiming that it is creating a new wetland or something.
Cost? Not quite priceless. Just billions of dollars.
Plus, the reason for the leak could mean other levees aren’t so hot, either.
