Hypocrisy alert: Pelosi says stop torture
The Washington Monthly, in turn, qualifies for my new Political Cluelessness category, along with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, for actually soliciting and running her drivel about stopping torture. How much you want to be, after Congress is unable to override Bush’s waterboarding veto, the House comes up with some sort of compromise?
